The project is non-commercial, creative, and is created as part of the self-realisation of its author, who claims to know the Windows OS better than its developers. To be more precise, he understands the basics of OS operation perfectly well, so he can modify it in order to minimise resource consumption. Previously, he has already successfully compressed the system to 2 GB using the Tiny11 tool, installed the OS on a 4 GB USB stick (Live11) and ran it from the frame buffer of a GeForce RTX 3050 GPU.
